Deem Maintenance Announcement for Memorial Day Weekend
Deem has announced the below scheduled 12-hour maintenance window during the Memorial Day holiday, starting at 7pm PST, Friday, May 26th. If for any reason travelers need immediate assistance, ETC’s after-hours service is available 24/7 and an automatic transfer option is offered when calling ETC’s main telephone number (425) 453-8200.

Deem Scheduled Maintenance Announcement
We are following up with more details on our scheduled maintenance upgrades.
During the Memorial Day holiday weekend we will open a 12-hour maintenance window starting at 7pm PST, Friday May 26. We will be hard at work improving the underlying technology of the Deem Work Force platform during this time frame.
This is part of a year-long initiative, that has required a several million dollar investment, to upgrade our compute and network infrastructure. We are moving all existing customers onto the new network during the maintenance window.
Why are we performing these upgrades?
This infrastructure contains state of the art hardware and networking that:
1) improves uptime and reliability
2) is fully PCI 3.2 compliant
3) improves speed in system responsiveness
4) contains modern and scalable architecture
Deem Customer Support will provide maintenance reminders prior to the maintenance window and status updates during the transition.
We understand this may create inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these upgrades. We’re building a future forward platform for you and your travelers.
