More Important Than Ever to Cancel Flight Before Departure
Beginning October 2nd, 2017, Alaska Airlines is updating their no-show refund policy. Therefore, it’s more important than ever to cancel your unneeded flights prior to departure. Currently, when our travelers no-show flights, the ticket is suspended and ETC is able to reinstate the ticket credit for future travel. Beginning October 2nd, if you no-show a flight, we will no longer be able to reinstate the flight coupons/tickets.
